Appointments & Cancellations
A credit card is required to guarantee reservation. We require a 24 hour notice to cancel or change an appointment; otherwise the full cost of the treatment will be charged. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. If you arrive late for your scheduled appointment and the therapist has someone waiting for his or her next appointment, we will have to shorten your treatment to ensure that the next guest's scheduled service will not be delayed.
Serenity Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen cards. Gift cards are not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit. Gift cards will be honored at any of our Serenity Spa locations. All gift cards sales are final and non-refundable.
The spa is closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas days. Treatments are offered on the following holidays but may be on a limited basis: New Years Day, July 4th, Memorial Day, Labor Day and other National or Federal holidays.
Hours and Location
Serenity Spa is open Monday to Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and Sunday from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Visit our convenient downtown location on the first floor inside the JW Marriott Hotel.
Please let us know if you have any medical concerns or if you are pregnant when you book any treatment.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, and Room Charges. All prices, treatments and information are subject to change without notice.
We regret that we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items. Please do not wear jewelry to the spa.
To ensure a serene environment in our spa, we ask that all electronic devices are turned off and not used while in the Spa. No children allowed in spa unless they are receiving service and accompanied by an adult.
