General Terms and Conditions

All orders are subject to review. We reserve the right to cancel any order we suspect is related to fraudulent activity. Any information submitted that does not verify with a customer's financial institutions may cause delays. In the event an order or redemption is in questions, we will send the purchaser an email requesting further correspondence by email and/or phone. If we do not receive a reply within a 24 hour period, the order in question can be cancelled.


Once a gift card is issued, it can be used at Serenity Spa.


Electronic Communications

When you visit our website, place an order, or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically, and you consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on our website. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. Your consent to enter into this agreement electronically covers current transactions only. Future correspondence relating to other matters (i.e. future orders, redemptions, customer service inquiries and marketing) will require additional consent.


Payment Options and Billing Inquiries

All prices are in U.S. dollars. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. When we process credit card transactions, we use high security e-commerce technology to encrypt your personal information. Online shopping is available using PayPal. Once your online shopping is complete, you will recieve communication confirming your order has been processed. If you have a question regarding the charge on your credit card statement, please contact billing at 504-525-5433.



Serenity Spa cannot ship merchant gift cards internationally, to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Serenity Spa is not responsible for orders that are not received due to the customer inputting incorrect or incomplete delivery information.


Returns and Exchanges

Serenity Spa would like you to be completely satisfied. If for any reason, your expectations are not met, simply return your purchase and we will gladly replace it or refund your money within 30 days of purchase. Serenity Spa gift cards are not exchangeable for cash, cannot be returned or refunded and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.


Lost or Stolen Gift Cards

Serenity Spa will not replace a gift card that is lost or stolen after being received. If an order has not arrived at the customer's shipping location within 21 days of the shipment date, Serenity Spa may cancel and replace the order after review and investigation of the current balance on the lost gift card.


Serenity Spa will not be responsible for gift cards that are undeliverable or not received due to the purchaser or recipient's failure to enter accurate delivery information, including physical and email addresses, or when 45 days have passed since Serenity Spa shipped the gift card(s).
